{"id":14261,"date":"2024-02-01T18:55:55","date_gmt":"2024-02-01T21:55:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nuevo.consultoresjyc.cl\/?p=14261"},"modified":"2024-03-15T18:08:09","modified_gmt":"2024-03-15T21:08:09","slug":"condonacion-de-multas-e-intereses-de-deudas-de-pymes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.consultoresjyc.cl\/en\/condonacion-de-multas-e-intereses-de-deudas-de-pymes\/","title":{"rendered":"Condonaci\u00f3n de Multas e Intereses de Deudas de Pymes"},"content":{"rendered":"<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"14261\" class=\"elementor elementor-14261\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6daa7edb e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"6daa7edb\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-21b3e688 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"21b3e688\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Como lo hemos mencionado en otros art\u00edculos, tener una Pyme no es tarea f\u00e1cil, y m\u00e1s de alguna vez te habr\u00e1s encontrado con emprendedores que declaran tener deudas o multas impagas por no cumplir con las obligaciones tributarias, ya sea por desconocimiento o por no tener los suficientes ingresos para hacer frente a esos compromisos.<br \/><br \/>Actualmente en Chile, m\u00e1s del 45% de las pymes y empresas se encuentran endeudadas, lo que lleva a tener diferentes atrasos en pago y acumulaci\u00f3n de multas, sobre todo con el Servicio de Impuestos Internos.<br \/><br \/>Es por esto que es muy importante la medida que ha anunciado el gobierno con respecto a condonar las deudas e intereses a Pymes, ya que beneficiar\u00e1 a cerca de 732 mil Pymes, sumando adem\u00e1s a un mill\u00f3n de personas naturales que tienen deudas de intereses vinculadas a las contribuciones.<br \/><br \/>La medida que comenz\u00f3 a regir desde el 1 de octubre y que finaliza el 31 de diciembre, pretende perdonar el 85% de la deuda de intereses, mientras que quienes opten por pagar en cuotas hasta 24 meses se les condonar\u00e1 un 65%<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-69be102 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"69be102\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e90755a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e90755a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"title\">\u00bfPero c\u00f3mo puedo evitar las multas a mi pyme?<\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c7c1ad1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c7c1ad1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Seg\u00fan informaciones proporcionadas por el mismo Servicio de Impuestos Internos, se revel\u00f3 que cerca de 200 millones de pesos es lo que pagan las pymes y empresas por concepto de multas e intereses en Chile de forma anual.
